Hi ,

I checked my data an hour ago as I received a text saying I've used 80% then an hour later I've used all of my data?! 6GB within an hour? This is an issue on your part I hope you resolve ASAP. As all of us are relying on using data to stay in contact with loved ones.

There has been some system issues but O2 won't see your post here

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Hi , for some unknown reason I can't use my internet data . I have plenty according to my 02 app but it's still now working when I turn off wifi ,which I'm using now because I have home internet from plusnet. Please can ypus end me any advice what to do?

What does your phone say has used the data?
Check that updating apps and system updates are set to wifi only.
