Hi guys,
I have a new phone (samsung S9) and replacement SIM
the cellular elements of the phone work fine - calls and texts
I can't get data
I have gone through all the usual troubleshooting in settings - mobile network etc
it does connect to wifi
i checked my account and zero data has been used since the sim was activated (i.e. it's not a slow connection or temporary/location based issue)
I tried texting access to 2020 but they have suspended that service!
i manually inputted APN and that didn't work
I've googled and searched around but no joy. there's no official support atm so reaching out here in the hope i can get some guidance. thanks xx

No, they were slightly different. went through o2 troubleshooting for my handset
will have a try of these, thanks
also tried this sim in a different phone, no data; different sim in this phone and worked fine
