Hello, my contract renews on the 17th of each month and I have 1Gb of data included in that. I used the full amount on May 14th and it should have reset on the 17th. The O2 app is saying that I used 1.30Gb of data in April (which isn't possible) , and there's no information given for May.

I searched this topic in the forums and people were saying it's a glitch on the O2 system. I can't get in contact with them via phone or social media so is there anything I can do in the meantime?

Try these numbers to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
