Reboot the phone and check if you are ready for an update (My Samsung Note 10 updated this morning)
If that works then contact O2

Just to say on checking mines not working, this morning.

Also having the issue on my iPad line but not on the phone line (although the phone has unlimited data so that could be why)

I have two accounts and the data is missing on both
There is obviously a system issue at O2 and has been for around a week now
Any update on this @Martin-O2 ?
