Data information is missing from my o2 app what’s going on?

You're the second one today with this problem @Jamie018. Mine is working ok?

Reboot the phone and check if you are ready for an update (My Samsung Note 10 updated this morning)

If that works then contact O2

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Also having the issue on my iPad line but not on the phone line (although the phone has unlimited data so that could be why)

I have two accounts and the data is missing on both

There is obviously a system issue at O2 and has been for around a week now

Any update on this @Martin-O2 ?
