Data halved after an order I didn’t make

Hello,

 

I have a SIM only contract and have had it for over a year now. I normally get 240GB and unlimited calls and texts for around £24. Today I got an email saying I had placed an order for a Vas Change and now I am only getting 120GB and unlimited calls and texts for around £23.70. I did not place any order, let alone one that halves data amount for £1 less.

Why has my data amount halved? My contract doesn’t end until July 2024.

The message just means that you been transferred to the new billing system and an adjustment has been made to your pricing to ensure you don't pay more than you were previously.

Your data allowance will be doubled in the next few days.

It's just how the system is setup to work.
