Data bolt on

Hi. not sure if this is the right section but I'm struggling to find somewhere to ask this.
I have a bolt on for more data from last month and I can see that I still have part of that data to use in my account however everytime I go to use the data it asks me to log in constantly and doesn't allow usage of the allowance. Are there issues with this, how do I resolve it

You'll need to call O2

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
