I recently ported my old number to o2 and my monthly data is now showing as 1gb instead of 3gb (I have a 2gb bolt on) any ideas? I’ve had nothing but hassle from o2 since joining porting my number was a nightmare

@AndyC1

The extra data should show as a separate bolt on Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@AndyC1

That's normal as the bolt on will expire after 12 or 24 months, depending on your offer.

Your tariff will then revert back to just 1gb unless you upgrade.

That'll be when your contract ends and it will revert back to 1gb then.
