I’ve just set up a new I phone through an upgrade. Everything’s is switched over but I’m not getting any service when out of the home. I have to connect to Wi-Fi or use personal hotspot on my old phone. Can you advise?

@Shin50

You need to use your old sim or activate the new 5g sim by doing a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
