Data allowance

I am a nurse specialist who has to isolate due to having a medical diagnosis which makes me vulnerable to coronavirus. I am going to work from home using my phone as a hot spot. Can I have unlimited data free of charge in order to do my work ?

The rate that this has escalated has taken everyone by surprise, so I guess that sounds plausible.

Hopefully they will come back with an answer soon.

Hi still no answer from O2. EE are offering NHS staff free data until October. I can’t get in touch with anyone from O2 to ask if they would do this. I’m really disappointed with them. Working from home is going to cost me a fortune
