O2 haven't mentioned anything about free data in their guidelines here
If you need to speak to O2 about anything extra then call them from here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I don't think it would hurt for O2 to give unlimited data to certain cases where critical. Especially as most of us working from home will be using our own broadband, so actual network data usage must be very low.
Maybe a suggestion that can be fedback @Martin-O2 @Marjo ?
It would be nice to give a little back to those in need and I'd be happy to offer my data to them whilst this crisis continues......

Totally agree. These are key workers after all. As for offering data, that's a good idea. I have 10 gb and only use 1GB (It was on offer and I did think I would be watching F1 on my phone whilst I was away.)

The government should step in and give unlimited data to key workers and make a recommendation to all networks. I wonder who will be the first to offer this?

That should see @JayneGosling through the month
