Data allowance

Hi,

I started this new contract in April. It gives me 30gb data allowance with 15gb extra allowance. I've been alerted that my 30gb has been used up and I cannot use any data. However I still have my 15gb?

On the o2 dashboard it says I gave 15gb of data remaining however below it says my extra data allowance has expired during December.

Do I have any data to use or does it look like my extra data allowance add on only lasted for 8 months?

8 months is an odd time for it to last for.

They usually go in 6 month blocks.

Did you get the contract direct from O2 or via a third party?

You can call customer service to check your account if you wish.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
