I have received a text stating i have used all my inclusive data but when i check my current usage online it shows i have 29.99GB left of 45GB. I dont understand?

What does the data counter on your phone say? It's much more accurate.

If you have a tariff with extra data bonus, the system will still automatically notify you when you use all the base tariff data.

Your additional data will kick in automatically.
