You can check remaining data by looking via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 

or via the My O2 app on your phone https://www.o2.co.uk/help/apps/my-o2-app

Still didn’t work out my problem
I wanted to know my data in the middle of the month before the bill would be issued not the view the bill
I don’t know why....
I have a spend cap but still I would like to know How I can check my data before the bill would be issued...
