Hi all,
I'd just like to register my anger at O2 charging me for data usage. I have set a mobile data usage limit on my own personal phone of less than 10mb (I have 500MB free data on my allowance). I also rarely connect to the internet for anything on mobile network - maybe once or twice a month, and this would be for a quick google search.
So, this month I now have a £15 charge for data through mobile.co.uk - a daily charge and what looks like daily usage charged at midnight everyday.
Can't get through to online chat as they're too busy and can't get through to the store via phone either......
Anyone else having these issues?

Who is mobile.co.uk? a google search sends you too this

You have not said what phone you are using but certain apps will still use data even when you are not using them like Gmail, Maps, GPS, Facebook so they can be updated.
If you give us somemore detail, like phone and apps on the phone then we maybe able to advise better.
