On about 4th of this month I had a notification from o2 saying I'd used all my data allowance......impossible at least willingly, my data usage showed a mere 65mb used. Mobile data now not working and when I try to sign in to mobile data on my phone I get a not recognized type message and asked to change my password, then when I try and sign in this process repeats itself endlessly.
There is no way I've used all my data allowance, or indeed anywhere near it, and I can't understand why I can't log in to 02 on my mobile (OK on the web)......I was wondering if I've been hacked and how to find out who/what has used all this data. As a guy of senior years this is really stressing me and I'd be grateful for any help/advice.
