I am confused when I look up costs for Italy, it says on the main page that for £1.99 you get 25MB/day of data, however when you click on terms it says 15MB. Am I right in thinking the allowance has been reduced without publicising it?

It changed to 15b at the beginning of March along with a one of charge of 50p per call (60 mins) back to the UK only (you get to keep your minutes now).
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

CS told me the change was at the beginning of March in line with the new tariff revisions..... But, regardless, it's changed and the website still hasn't caught up on all pages 😞

I can't see why they can't update the website across all platforms at the same time. I see the change has come just in time for those going to Europe for an Easter break but the calls at 50p an hour without using your allowance is a groundbreaker....now how about those of us travelling further afield O2??

Using my phone in Thailand: It's going to be cheaper taking my P&G rather than using the Simplicity sim (see below) although I'm hoping that TuGo will work ok. I do have a local sim to pop into my unlocked phone though.

Making calls£1.50 but 99p on P&G
Receiving calls£1.25 and 99p on P&G
Sending texts

40p and 49p on P&G

It seems a huge difference between P & G and Pay Monthly, I wonder how they justify that?,
