I just upgraded my contract and phone and picked a 20gb contract, it said as an o2 customer get another 10gb, does that get added to my 20gb allowance?

I'm assuming that by clicking on the airtime contract its on that it will be automatically applied

I upgraded to a similar tariff a few weeks ago. When I log in to My O2 it shows the full 30GB (20GB plan + an extra 10GB).
Do you have a copy of your order/upgrade details to check if the extra data has been added? If not, I would suggest calling O2 customer services directly as they would have access to your account. The O2 Community is a forum.
