Hi,
Back in November 2021 I took out a phone deal with Mobile Phones Direct with the S21 5G 160 Gb with O2 for 24 months. On looking at My Bill the data seems to be split, with 100Gb expiring on the 17th of this month and the remainder, 60Gb later in November when my contract is up.
How can this be or is it just the way bills are made up. I will see if anything changes after the 17th Feb, which is my Bill date. I do hope I don,t loose 100 Gb.
Cheers

The extra data normally starts when the first amount is used up. You can check this in My O2
Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?
If you need help contact O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Just to add to the excellent advice offered by @Cleoriff above, by way of a real-life example:
I have O2 Unlimited mins 24M 10GB showing as my tariff - that's 10GB of data, unlimited calls and texts, every month for 24Months.
- And there's a bolt-on, offered when I bought the phone (through a reseller): 20GB Data Any Device, which gives me an additional 20GB of data usage to the end of the current bill cycle and then each billing cycle (month) until the 2nd anniversary of my contract start date.
- And then, as a customer of VM and O2, Volt doubles only the 10GB base data on my tariff.
All of which leaves me with a princely data amount of 40GB per month.
There are so many permutations of how your data can be made up - calling O2 is the best way, if you cannot work it out over 2 or 3 bills' worth of use, @Gerrymac66.
One thing - my MyO2 on-line (screenshot) or app always shows the running total monthly:

Hi,
The bill date has passed and the Data has re-set to the 100Gb/month and the 60Gb until my contract ends in November.
Thanks for all your help..
Cheers.
