Starting last month, I paid my phone bill and for the entire month data did not work. This month it is doing the same, I have issued a ticket and been told there are no connection issues in my area. I've reset my phone multiple times on different occasions.

But still when I turn WiFi off, at home and outside and turn data on, no notifications come through and no social media ect loads?
