Twice clicked on O2's "virtual assistant" and its brought me here twice.
Guess this is where I type with O2's "virtual assistant" then?!?
I'm on a "month to month" contract by direct debit.
Do I get charged if I go over the data limit or does data just stop?

Thanks, I guess Data just stops then.
But "terms" 4.3 and 4.5 appear vague and leave a contractual possibility of Extra Data Charges.
Can O2 themselves tell me exactly what My own contract is or do I need to just Switch to a clearer deal?

Regular consumer tariffs do not charge extra for data use in UK.
If roaming you may be charged if you go over 25gb in any EU country or for any data use outside of the EU when using data roaming.
Business tariffs do.
It's perfectly clear that consumer monthly tariffs do not pay for extra data.
As I said, your data will stop working when you reach your limit.

Thanks for all the info. But if O2 don't say it, I'm pretty sure I'll switch to a New Deal.

Thanks, marked your answer as Kudos etc.
"O2 won't say anything on here"...
Good to know that the virtual in O2's "virtual assistant" means its virtually nothing to do with O2!
