I have used up all of my data allowance in my contract (500Mb) for this month and just wanted to topup. Phoning 220 allowed me one topup of 100Mb for £3 and the MyO2 website allowed another topup of 100Mb for £3. I have run out again, but can't get another topup - option isn't available. Are you only allowed 200Mb per month?? Don't want to add a permanent bolt on.

If you call CS on 202 you can top up 500Mb for £6 or 1Gb for £10. Both top ups are available twice per month.

Will it still allow this though as they have already had 2 100mb bolt ons?

Yep - you can add them all if you want.

I've just phoned CS on 202 and the only option available to me is to add a basics 100Mb monthly bolt on for £3/month. Same on the My O2 website. Seems like you can't top up more than 200Mb per contract month. Also if I did add the basisc 100Mb bolt on it would not become active until my next contract month, when I will get my 500Mb anyway.

I have had a live chat with an advisor.
I am only allowed to topup 200mb per month, once I have used up my allowance (500mb bolton) as a oneoff topup, due to terms of my tariff - 50 minutes 24mnth £10.50.
