Data Allowance!

Why doesn't my data allowance roll over from each month ? I pay for it. So what you O2 takes back of unused data each month, I think O2 owes me ?

It's not part of o2's policy and you agreed to those terms when you took your contract I'm afraid.
There's only Sky Mobile that currently offers this.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

They don’t owe you anything. It’s in the t&c & if you don’t use it all then you get the new allowances at the start of the month so I don’t see a problem here. If the tariff doesn’t suit your needs then you need to look at your options

If you buy a data bolt on then äny unused portion rolls over, presumably because you buy it extra. It would make sense to roll over. At the moment everything is win win for the ñètworks. Wouldn't it be novel and jaw dropping for a network to buck this trend. Some times, just because something has always been so, doesn't make it right.
