I have a bolt on for data abroad but I only have 3G signal and nothing is loading? I’m in Canada, this has not happened before, please can you advise why I am only getting 3G and nothing is loading

It's throttled to 0.5mbps outside of UK or EU.

Hi @o2 are you able to confirm? It doesn’t make sense to be paying for a bolt on if I am unable to roam due to reduced speed?!

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
