My phone was run over by a car and all is lost including the SIM card. Can I get a replacement sim from you?

You need to report it lost or stolen and O2 will send out a replacement sim card Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

You'll need to call customer services when you receive the new sim to activate it and lift the account restrictions.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
