Hi,

How did you 'upgrade' ?

An upgrade cancels the old contract and starts the new one automatically.

Im thinking you have accidently taken out a 2nd contract.

You do have 7 working days to cancel your 2nd contract.

Help Links.

Then you need to talk to o2 directly to check you were processed as an upgrade and not starting a new contract.

Was this direct with o2 or a 3rd party?

Hi direct with o2,  for the last 5 contracts ive usually spoken to somebody but this time the upgrade just kept rolling on and i thought this was a new way of doing it, so i kept filling in the QA .

o2 started trying to take money from my account twice.i stopped it and they cut me off, this all started in Sept.

If it were me I'd be checking they hadn't applied any defaults with any credit agencies - They are very quick to if you owe them any money......

No worries.... I'd hate for it to get any worse 😞
