Hi,

about to be entered into a DRO In the next week or two and have a couple of questions, j have tried to speak to Payment Management but they’re not interested.

All I’m trying to figure out is when (if) I’ll be able to transfer my number over to another network via PAC. When I do that it will raise a bill for the remaining balance of the account.

is this something o2 will allow or is it a new number job?

thank you slight_smile

o2 will not allow you to port the number, as although in the DRO, you still have a debt with o2, and you account will be just put into Stasis.

I would get a new PAYG number would be easier.

If you PAC your number to another network O2 will close your account and bill you for the remainer of your Contract.

If you text INFO  85075 You will get a text with the ammount which will give you an idea of costs

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I’m more trying to figure out when to do that, I’m assuming it’s safer to leave it until the DRO Is granted and the account becomes un-enforceable
