DPD have lost my phone

Hi all,

 

ordered new phone and was meant to be delivered on Friday. Driver got behind my house and took a photo of a bungalow and said he couldn’t make it and would be back Monday. 

however there’s been do delivery and no tracking updates since Friday afternoon. DPD are unsure where it is or when it can be delivered. I’m paying for a phone and plan I have not been able to use. I feel a bit stuck

You need to speak to the Sales Team, on 0800 081 0255 

And they should be able to trace it,  also if you have the tracking number it doesnt harm to contact DPD direct...

Oh believe me I’ve contacted DPD. It’s been lie after lie.

 

First they said nobody was in (I was, I was looking at the van)

then it was coming Monday morning 

then it was it will be Tuesday before finally admitting they don’t know where it is as it hasn’t been scanned since Friday.

Sounds like a mess from DPD, hope o2 can sort out quickly, but be prepared for a wait, whilst they contact DPD

A little update. Finally got hold of someone at o2 who said they’re unable to open an investigation and it was up to DPD to sort out. I told them I was told by DPD O2 had to do it and it’s their responsibility until the phone is in my hand. Few mins on hold later I was told a new phone was being sent out today and that o2 were investigating my original delivery. No email yet or confirmation of the replacement phone but fingers crossed
