DOWNLOADING HISTORICAL INVOICES

Cannot see any historical bills. When offered the calendar to select an invoice date month to month nothing at all responds I need historical 2016-2017 invoices for tax purposes. Why is this function not available or broken? Come on o2 this is a basic requirement surely?
