I have a duel-sim phone. When connected using the O2 sim I can't access certain websites (e.g. theguardian.co.uk and theverge.com)

The error I get in Chrome is: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

When I use my EE sim, I don't have this problem.

Any ideas?

Considering o2 CS denied the major outage last month even though their own website acknowledged the problems, I wouldn't listen to what they say

Halifax banking app is also hit and miss. as is the Premier League and Lottery app

Cheers Martin.

Its abit dishearting when o2 CS just say its a local mast issue. That seems to be the default answer even though going on their Twitter feed there has been many reports of this issue from all over the country. Clearly its an issue within o2 thats effecting most if not everyone (guess unless you visit the sites/use the apps effected you will never notice)

If only customer services took the reports seriously it could have been fixed sooner!
Thanks @Martin-O2
