DEFAULT NOTICE SENT IN ERROR

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been sent a bill way over the top of what I use. I have been assured, each of the three times I have called O2 that they are dealing with my request to have my complaint investigated. For O2 to send me a Default Notice is outrageous and absolutely typical of past experience with O2. It is the reason why I  always try to avoid having a contract.

Firstly try to get to the bottom of this matter by contacting Customer Services again.  Ask to speak to a manager if you aren't satisfied with the answers you have been given

Is the default notice for non payment? There should have been a hold put on a payment if you have disputed it and it's being investigated.

Raise an official complaint http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
