My monthly bill always comes out on the 28th of the month (or the next day if it falls on a weekend). However, checking my bank statement today nothing from o2 has come out. The DD is still set up and i can see the last request was made last month.

Wondering if yesterday being a bank holiday may have delayed payment being taken?

Just as a matter of interest for everyone, how long was the queuing time to speak to customer service?

That sort of flies in the face of those reporting 50+ minutes on hold so it must be a routing problem for those having problems getting through.

Well not sure how it all works, but got through to a Scottish guy, so maybe they have multiple call centres and depends which one you get connected to?
