Would O2 be likely to match a price of another network provider? For e.g if EE offer £20 a month for unlimited data would O2 match that?

Only the retentions team would be able to offer you a deal, You'd have to ring up and say that you were leaving for speak to them. Might be very difficult to get through to them in the current state of customer service due to Covid-19.

Unlikely. o2 tend not to price match - they feel that their overall offering is sufficient to keep customers.
