Cutting Ties

I’ve been with O2 for just over 2 years and have been happy! I’ve just moved Home to Australia and need to get out of my contract which I’ve seen out so just paying a monthly fee.... does anyone know what I need to do? Thanks for help in advance!

@Anonymous  As your contract has finished and you're paying month to month, you still need to give 30 days notice to cancel. Your phone should still be working with your O2 sim, so you can speak to Customer Service from Australia free of charge to give notice. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus. I presume that as you're still paying you still have a UK bank account active. Don't close it just yet.
