I receive the message this morning 

“You've spent more on your mobile since our last message. So you won't be able to text, call and receive calls, add purchases to your mobile bill, make calls on your mobile until you pay £38.00 towards your next bill. You can pay via My O2 app, Online at www.o2.co.uk/Myo2/payment or by calling 0344 8090202 from another phone.”

now I went straight on and paid the £38 but my service have not returned, can anyone help?

Usually it can take up to 24 hours

You can call the Payment Management Team, they can be contacted on 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
