Solved: Cut off time for Galaxy Buds redemption - O2 Community

My wife recently upgraded her phone and extended her 02 contract but as she was ill she missed the cut off time to apply for the Galaxy Buds deal she received. The whole house is on 02 and we have Virgin TV package also. Can my wife still get the Galaxy Buds?

@JimmyM1 The Galaxy Buds deal was a Samsung promotion, so you'd have to query it with them:
