Cut off despite arrangement to pay

Hi I rang o2 the other day and finally got through, my account was placed on hold til the 9th but without warning iv been cut off, I've tried the payment line, skype and 202 and I get told I'm being put through and then I get cut off straight away. Please can someone advise on which number and which options to choose to at least be placed in a call queue as I need my phone asap to keep in contact with family. Thanks in advance

I've rang via skype and despite the options I choose it doesn't put me through it cuts me off, can u advise on what to say when it asks why I'm calling please?
