I have been with o2 for years and years. I recently bought a new phone through mobile phones direct but still with o2 and the numbers I’ve had for about 20 years. For some reason I now cannot access the o2 app and getting through in the phone isn’t an option right now as I have lost my voice: my phone number is *************

You may have to jump into the waters called Social Media for help - no need to talk, but a wait of 3 days or so from first contact until they engage with you, @Elizabeth12 - link below has the ways: O2 Twitter, O2 Facebook or O2 Instagram. Good luck.
