Anyone else being totally ignored and misled by customer services? 5 times I have been promised a managers callback and five times they haven’t bothered

O2 rarely call back if ever. Don't ask for the manager, just ask for somone who who can help you as you are sick of calling.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Sadly the advisors dont seem to be able to help or be honest about things either

The issue started as a lack of any service for over two months but now now escalated by the lack of internet or solutions by solutions from customer services. If I am told a manager is calling me back then I am within my rights to expect that to he done. And then there’s the advisor that said they would phone me back the next day to check the manager had contacted me and didn’t bother either

The issue is still ongoing with various answers why from o2 when they can be bothered to reply i have losg the will to live with this issue and now feel the ony option i have is to look elsewhere for a service provider

Ditto, If u stop paying for the service I bet they will phone you back then..... they are useless, I sympathise with u.
