Anyone else being totally ignored and misled by customer services? 5 times I have been promised a managers callback and five times they haven’t bothered

O2 rarely call back if ever. Don't ask for the manager, just ask for somone who who can help you as you are sick of calling.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

The issue is still ongoing with various answers why from o2 when they can be bothered to reply i have losg the will to live with this issue and now feel the ony option i have is to look elsewhere for a service provider
