Help... was bill was overdue  - cut off...

I've paid the airtime bill 120.00 for 2 phones but the airtime is owing on 1 phone 32.00, so phones still barred.  I desperately want to talk to someone to start making weekly payments as I get paid weekly ( I'll do it with my card in the app) but I can't access them on 202 caused I'm barred, and the online chat has been busy for 36hrs.....  how on earth do you get I  touch for help!!!!

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
