I returned an upgrade iPhone f11 or a replacement with larger memory 10 days ago via Post Office, but have had no acknowledgement of receipt or replacement. I have tried to contact Customer Service by telephone but get passed to various people who cannot help. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you are unable to find out if the iphone f11 has been received by o2.
I am sure you will appreciate that the customer service team are fully stretched during
this difficult time and may not be able to find out for you at the moment.
I expect you sent the phone back fully tracked and insured, Royal Mail Special Delivery
they have a dedicated track and trace page where you can enter the receipt number
and that will tell you it was received, at least.
I suppose you will need to keep trying to find someone able to give you an answer
eventually. If you are calling again, try an early call 08.00am.
