Is there any way at all to speak to somebody from o2 during the ongoing coronavirus crisis? There seems to be no live chat, no customer service centre and no way of getting support.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I have tried to contact a real person at O2 for three weeks without success. I wanted to discuss my account to prevent the service being restricted but not a hope. Other service providers have real people who have helped but not O2. Very poor

Wait on hold for hours. Get cut off a few times. Then the person at the other end does nothing to sort out the problem. No call backs. No interest apart from taking your money. Worst customer service EVER.
