How awful can a customer service department possibly be? I have had a problem with my account for 21 months now. No one has been able to help. I found out today that there's 10 pages 98% of which say problem is resolved. So many promised call backs failed to happen. I have been advised by an O2 store to complain to the onbudsman. Anyone who can defend them?
