I need to speak with a customer service. I can't reach them now for three weeks. No e mail answer as well. Any advice how to get true them?? Thank you, Tomas,

Thank you @jonsie all message true the phone is just if you wish to upgrade or leave. I manage true but they said they, not customer service they can't help me.

If those are the only two options you are given then press one of them. It doesn't matter as long as you get through to an advisor. They will take your call

Hi, @Cleoriff allergy tried, they won't answer for anything unless is an upgrade or leave us. They said any other queries with card, billing etc I need to speak with customer service.
