I have been trying all day to chat online and still no one is available this is not the first time either o2 are definitely the worst company for customer service i can't even find any option on my account to see if my phone is covered in anyway against damage

Hi @Carol
You only get damage cover if you have insurance.
This will be shown in your MyO2 and you will be paying extra for it each month http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
As far as live chat is concerned, it is working OK for me, so try clearing your cache and cookies from your browser, or try a different browser. you can also connect through the MyO2 app.
If all else fails, you can call customer services on 202.

Live chat came up ok for me when I was searching for my research earlier. If you’re phone needs repair then take it to the manufacturer. Don’t use o2’s repair service
