Hi,
I have been trying to contact O2 customer care in order to get an upgrade.
Number are :
1. (+44) 844 809 0202 - Call doesnt even get established.
2. (+44) 880 097 7733 - Same response as above
3. (+44) 800 028 0202 - same response as above.
I'm also aware that being an active O2 user i can dial 202 or all other short code numbers however as I'm on International Roaming for certain i wont be able to dial these short codes.
Will there be a quick alternative number to get in touch with O2 Customer support ?
I'm also not aware of CAMEL Roaming aggreements O2 has with KPNL (Cellular Network in Netherlands) because im not able to dial 202. Any answers to this would be highly appreciated.

Don't bother, I have been trying since 10:00 this moring to get through. The O2 Customer Services is dire. Every time I ring its permanently engaged. I cannot get through on a simple Pay Monthly enquiry.

In order to Upgrade the OP needs to ring o2.
The only other way is to use Myo2.

Bear in mind customer service will be very stretched with iphone launch plus weekend is the worst possible time to contact them.
