my name is Xuan. I would like to ask about the customer advise. I lost my phone before lock down and I had came to the store O2 to report it and they gave me the new sim then after that I went to straight home to report lost my phone with my bank because I have insurance with them. After i have done everything they don't believe me . They told me to contact with you to prove that we have been there before. Can you help me please ?
