I am trying to contact customer services to no avail.
I am currently waiting on them now after being hung up on after an hour and a half of waiting to speak to someone.
Firstly, does anyone know why there is such a long wait? Secondly, what kind of customer service hangs up on people?
I am absolutely furious and I intend to take this further if I can get through to O2.
