In trying to transfer my number across to O2 I recieve this message fro Security Details. What is a customer services password? and how do I get one all I have is the web site log in?
Don't forget - this is the password you use to contact customer services, not the one you use to sign into our website.

If you can't remember or didn't set up a security word, you can change it in your details in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

You'll need to call O2. They are open until 2pm today.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

The form is very badly worded.
The 'password' is your answer to the chosen secret question as part of setting up the O2 account.
