So... Any Ideas how i can get O2 to respond, after serveral emails, tweets, phone calls, i cannot get them to respond, i get there turn around is 48hrs but im 7 days in.. Any help?

If it was an email complaint then it's 7-10 days for a reply. If you are waiting on a phone call from customer service don't please hold your breath!
